Companhia de Estágios is committed to the security of your data and respect for your privacy, which is why we invest in high technology in order to guarantee the best on the market in terms of security combined with legal support as established by the General Protection Law Data;An example of this is that our systems and databases are hosted on Cloud Computing platforms, which offer reports from external auditors who have tested and verified their compliance with various security standards and regulations.

Thus, corresponding to the intent of the Legislation, since the Right to Personal Data Protection is a constitutional right.

In this way, COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS consolidates the essential technical means of security in accordance with Brazilian legislation.

In view of the above, it indicates:

Definitions:
- User: individual who uses the Companhia de Estágios platform and group companies to search for vacancies, access content, participate in events or register a company.
- Companies: legal entity that enters or accesses information on the COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS Platform and other companies in the group.
- Personal Data: data related to the identified or identifiable natural person, as defined in art. 5th, item I, of the General Data Protection Law.
- Platform: COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS website and systems where vacancies are posted and User and Company registration is carried out.
Data capture:
1. The data is provided voluntarily by the User with the aim of:
  1. Register on the platform to apply for jobs
  2. Event registration
  3. Download materials

  2. Third-party partners are understood to be: Companies, which have authorization from COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS to link campaigns linked to the COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIO brand, whose activities consist of:

COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS must make every effort to provide support to the holder and to demand compliance from third-party Partners. Ex. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other networks that have credibility in the market.

It is the user’s responsibility not to click on unknown links of dubious origin or origin, and must always access through official means indicated by COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS, these means: social networks, email from COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS or instant messengers through authorized representatives of COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS.

Cookies Policy – Definition:

  2. advertising vacancies in modalities such as: learning, internship, trainee, exchange, jobs, among others;
  3. preparation of a legal instrument for learning, internship and actions related to the topic;
  4. contact with the user via telephone, cell phone, SMS, email, instant messengers and other virtual forms of contact;
  5. research, content on the job market and topics related to the area of human resources, in an anonymized manner;
  6. internal records to protect the legitimate interests of the controller or third parties, as well as to ensure the regular exercise of rights or comply with legal obligations;
  7. management of selection processes;
  8. registration of financial information.
2. All information obtained via the Platform or telephone can be updated, blocked or deleted at any time by the User, as established in the General Data Protection Law in its art. 18.

  3. preparation of a legal instrument for learning, internship and actions related to the topic: EXECUTION OF CONTRACT AND LEGITIMATE INTEREST, Art. 7, items V and IX – LGPD
  4. Contact with the user through their telephone, cell phone, SMS, email, instant messengers and other virtual forms of contact: CONSENT, EXECUTION OF CONTRACT AND LEGITIMATE INTEREST, Art. 7, items I, V and IX – LGPD
  5. research, content on the labor market and topics related to the area of human resources in an anonymized manner: CONDUCTION OF STUDIES BY RESEARCH BODY, Art. 7, item IV – LGPD
  6. internal records to protect the legitimate interests of the controller or third parties, as well as to ensure the regular exercise of rights or to comply with legal obligations: COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL OBLIGATION, EXECUTION OF CONTRACT, LEGITIMATE INTEREST, Art. 7, items II, V and IX – LGPD
  7. management of selection processes: CONSENT, EXECUTION OF CONTRACT AND LEGITIMATE INTEREST, Art. 7, items I, V and IX – LGPD
  8. registration of financial information: CONSENT, EXECUTION OF CONTRACT AND LEGITIMATE INTEREST, Art. 7, items I, V and IX – LGPD Without prejudice to other provisions and legal bases in the processing of Personal Data.
Who we share the data with:
1. Users’ Personal Data is accessed by:
  1. COMPANIES advertising vacancies;
  2. COMPANIES that hire COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS to carry out their selection process;
  3. technology service providers;
  4. essential providers for the execution of COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS activities.
2. All sharing is carried out safeguarding secrecy, confidentiality and respecting the principle of necessity, without prejudice to the other principles set out in art. 6 of the LGPD.
Duration and Disposal of Personal Data:
1. Personal Data remains until its deletion is requested, as it is used for learning vacancies until effective vacancies, meaning that the User can benefit and receive notifications of vacancies throughout the period of their life that they wish, meeting the User’s legitimate interests.
Security:
1. Internal information security policies together with the design of the software architecture guarantee procedures to prevent intrusions and data security. Furthermore, all data is stored on a Cloud Computing platform, certified by Privacy Shield, with communication protected by the HTTPS protocol through an SSL security certificate, and direct access protected through firewalls.
Telephone Contact, E-Mail and Text Message:
1. When a User registers on the Platform and provides a cell phone number or email address, it becomes available to Companies that have open positions. The User may, therefore, receive messages from COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS or these Companies.
Access to Data and Results of Tests Performed:
1. When a User registers on the Platform, they authorize COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS and Companies to access their Personal Data, entered voluntarily, contained in their CV; It also authorizes access to the results of tests carried out within the Platform.
International Data Processing:
1. In specific cases, Personal Data will be transferred to another country, in the event of:
  1. vacancy in a foreign country;
  2. headquarters of the company that will analyze the Personal Data of candidates in a foreign country;
  3. system or platform of the client/contracting company that will receive the Personal Data in a foreign country.
2. COMPANHIA DE ESTÁGIOS and other companies linked to the group use the Amazon Web Services cloud, which is stored in the United States. Details about the service can be found at https://aws.amazon.com/pt/what-is-aws/?nc1=f_cc. The service is used in accordance with the principles set out in art. 6 of the LGPD, including purpose, adequacy, necessity, transparency and security.

3. The User is aware of such conditions indicated above and also undertakes to contact Amazon Web Services in the event of related questions, as well as reading the policy provided on the website.
Data Capture for the Payment System:
1. The Payment System mentioned in our Terms of Use is used to validate and pay for the provision of services by the Companies. It is worth noting that the Payment System is implemented in accordance with the General Data Protection Law, details of which are available at https://www.iugu.com/juridico/politica-de-privacidade/.
2. The purpose of capturing data is linked to the objective of the Payment System, thus, in line with the principles set out in art. 6 of the LGPD, including purpose, adequacy, necessity, transparency and security.
